Marcus Oleniuk is a world class photographer, commissioned to document the St Davids Peninsula in Pembrokeshire, over the course of a year. He spent much of that year (2012 to 2013) living at the newly restored Roch Castle, from which he was able to explore and capture the Pembrokeshire landscape and its’ residents. The result is 'Pebidiog', a coffee table book trilogy which includes Tarddiad (Beginning), Teulu (Belonging), Trigo (Being),

Pebidiog is the ancient name given to one of the westernmost parts of Wales, known today in English as 'North West Pembrokeshire'.

Our breakfast menu is creatively designed to reflect the sheer diversity and quality of local produce, to ensure that diners experience a true taste of Wales.

Guests are invited to choose from the extensive cooked breakfast menu via our app, all of which are freshly made to order and include a vast range of options to suit all tastes. Provenance is key with Welsh ingredients such as Laverbread, a traditional seaweed delicacy available.
